Body has its own language and consciousness that converses with us through bodily sensations. But when we donot heed her words, pain becomes her only resort. This course delves deeper into the language of PAIN, the emotional, mental and physical kind. The first section elaborates on the basics of body talk.It covers the reasons behind pain and how it is related to emotional turmoil. I bring more insight into the layers of trauma and pain.This helps to uinderstand how belief systems, emotions and feelings are related.Then finding the core emotion or feeling becomes my next goal so that the cause is brought to attention.The second section describes the ways to decode physical, emotional and mental pain. It also includes decoding belief systems, patterns and behaviours into core emotions and feelings.I elaborate on how to decode the layers with examples. The questions I use to decode and the theory discussed helps to do it as a journaling exercise.To decode physical pain and emotional pain, this section is vital.The third section gracefully attempts to bring psycho-physiological perspective i.e. metaphysical perspective on the common ailments and diseases to accentuate the core emotional issues behind them. This section is elaborates on the major organ systems, its ailments and affirmations that can help to alleviate pain even before one reaches the doctor's chambers. I started with cellular ailments and metaphysical reasons behind it.The circulatory system is discussed The respiratory system and its ailments are talked about.The digestive system issues is described with a case study of GERD.The endocrine system and reproductive system is elaborated.More on fingers, spinal health and dental health is discussed.
