By the end of this course you will know how to:
- create a new document
- place an image three different ways
- re-size and crop an image
- create text two different ways, and change fonts & text color
- create a shape and change its color
- how to work with layers and change the opacity of an object
- save your project and export your image
Additionally, we will tour the software so you know the logic behind how the software is laid out. We will be creating a social media image as we explore these functions and your class project will be to create a social media image. This course is designed for complete beginners to Affinity software. If you have opened this software and felt confused, or are contemplating a switch to Affinity but aren't sure this class will help you get started.
