Crafting 3D Printable Gifts for Beginners

This course is for anyone interested in 3D, photogrammetry, and 3D printing.
We will create a one-of-a-kind gift from scratch and take through each step of the process together:
- Create the hand-made gift (In the course example, we'll use plasticine, a kind of clay.)
- Use a camera to take enough photos of the gift to use in Meshroom
- Use Meshroom (a free software) to create a 3D object from our photos
- Clean up our 3D object in Blender (a free software) for 3D printing
- Upload our 3D model to Shapeways for printing
This course is for: Anyone interested in 3D printing. You don't have to have any previous experience in these subjects like 3D modeling to take this course. We start from scratch for the absolute beginners and the software is free to use so there's nothing to lose. Please share your creations in the course Project and ask any questions you have in the Discussion area.
