The problem in our communication at work or with friends and family members starts always with not knowing how to give effective feedback.In this course we want to help you understand that feedback is always present in our life and therefore feedback is a routine. And if negative feedback is given in the wrong way, it can actually do more harm than good. Therefore, is important to learn a feedback communication method that you can apply any, that will help you construct not destruct relationships.Feedback is the foundation of communication. My 18 years of management experience, and as a psychologist being in therapy room with patients, has made me build my own method called PSCI feedback communication method, that can be used in private and professional relationships to improve communication.The fear of giving and receiving feedback is very real for some and needs to be dealt with delicacy. It can also help to talk about common fears: Are you afraid to lose face? Are you worried you’ll risk conflict?
