Description

This course will help you analyze a variety of career options, using a research tool, and will provide you the steps to start planning a career with goals of interest that link directly to your skills and attributes. It will also help explain the importance of creating a budget by selecting at least three supporting statements. The last piece of this course helps to understand the various forms and steps needed to file taxes. You will be able to chronologically list the steps needed to file taxes, and will be able to identify the various fields and information that need to be included when filing. This course also includes a series of scenario-based problems that outline common thoughts, mistakes, and misinterpretations about taxes and budgeting. These represent real life concerns that many people have, and address how these thoughts and attitudes towards money and finances can either help or hurt your planning ahead for the future. This course is for anyone who would like to understand the basics of what happens when you find employment and start getting paid, and how you can setup your employment forms to ensure you receive the compensation you deserve, and are not overpaying on your tax debt.
