Requirements

You can wear whatever is comfortable for movement. Remember to remove any jewellery.
Have water to hand and remember to take breaks during the session.
Only do what you feel comfortable doing.
Work in a safe space. And, have an easy way of contacting someone in case of an emergency.
Our classes are usually done in bare feet. If you wear socks then just remember these can make you slip, so please be careful. Our recommendation is to pick suitable footwear for the type of surface you are working on.
