The ITIL® Release, Control and Validation (RCV) course imparts the students with practical knowledge of the ITIL® service lifecycle and processes associated with the release, control, and validation (RCV) of services and service delivery. The course mainly focuses on the operational-level process activities and supporting methods and approaches to executing these processes in a practical and hands-on environment. The course requires that the students possess a valid ITIL® Foundation Certification or have taken the ITIL® Foundation course.
