Most DAWs allow you to change the notes of audio and some even allow forensic changing of the chord intervals. You could of course just simply sample the chords and arrange them on your keyboard to transpose as you see require ( just use one chord shape and transpose in a 90’s house style) The bass sequences generally follow the low notes of the progressions, so it’s easy to play along or add your own textures once you have used a progression you like from the selection available. All the tempos are 60 or 120 BPM so it’s easy to sub-divide up or down to match exactly what you may need - the tempos are embedded in the files metadata so your DAW should pick up the tempo when you drag the file into your timeline. Many software programs also recognise the tempo, key or progression but generally the name should help you mix and match.
